Shark Tale: 3/4 stars. I went to go see this movie this past Sunday. At the beggining
of the film, I admit, I was board. Sure it had it's funny moments throughout the film but this one can't be compared
to Shrek 2. The only highlight of the film was at the end when Christina Aguilera performed her latest,
Car Wash featuring Missy Elliot. If you go see it you'll understand why. Overall, it's a great movie
to bring your kids and it really is more of a family oriented film.
Usher-Confessions (Special Edition): 4/4 stars. There's nothing really special about
this re-release of Usher's latest album. Except for the 3-D cover which is creative and very diffrent from all of the
albums on the shelves at your favorite record store. To be honest, It took me a while to look for it then I usually
do. But anyhow, the album has the hot single "My Boo" a duet with Alicia Keys. Which was originally a duet with
no other Ms. Beyonce Knowles. Another highlight of this album is the hot track "Seduction". Where Usher
talks about being seduced by a very attractive lady that has a nice piece of ass! The title explains it all. The
beat of the track is really dope. Lil Jon also produced another track on this album that didn't make it on the US version
entitled "Red Light". Not one of my favorites but it's a song you can move your shoulders to. This particular
single was originally on the import single of "Yeah". This re-release also features three remixes, "Throwback"
featuring Jadakiss (Why?, I don't know), "Confessions Part 1" featuring Stevie Wonder on Harmonica, yet another dope beat,
and "Confessions Part 2 Remix" featuring Shyne, Kanye West, and Twista. If you are really a Usher fan this should be
added to your collection because it also has diffrent photos on the album's booklet and a bonus fold-out poster!
